International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. TeeHeeKorea is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TeeHeeKorea is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
TeeHeeKorea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the item.
